Representation Summary:
If Hastings is to regenerate then education improvements are fundamental. Responsibility for Education is largely outside the Town Hall. Only 30% of local 16 year olds have satisfactory outcomes. The other 30% will continue to have needs for the next 50+ years. The new college and UCH are great for a minority but will not solve this complex issue.
