Horntye Park and Summerfields, all the area to the west of Briscoe's Walk, belong in Central St Leonards, both as ward and as SOA. It is difficult to see how moving them to this Focus Area conforms to your stated criteria. Horntye Park is the site of the original Bohemia Mansion and is integral to Bohemia; you may redraw the boundary on paper, and thus remove a part of the quota for development from Focus Area 6, but the proposed development on Bohemia Road, will impact not on Silverhill or Alexandra Park, but on Bohemia and Central St Leonards
