I strongly support the proposed modifications. They will ensure that almost all of Speckled Wood will be protected from development. This and the opportunity it brings for greater community use is very important.
The land next to Victoria Avenue is entirely unsuitable for building development and the modifications to the Development Management Plan will preserve the integrity of the green spaces in the valley.
