I strongly support the proposed modifications as this will ensure the future of Speckled Wood for the use of the local community and allow woodland management to improve the whole area.

The land next to Victoria Avenue is entirely unsuitable for any form of development and I cannot imagine anybody wanting to live in such a valley.
