Qualified support recommending further strengthening of protection: In addition to the changes the council has already agreed to, the following should be included in policy HN6: planning permission will not be granted for development within the curtilage of the former convent of the Holy Child Jesus unless:-
1. It is for enabling development that is in accordance with national guidance.
2. The Italianate East Wing is retained.
