I oppose any housing development in the Speckled Wood area. I wish to see the Development Management Plan changed.
I urge the council to consider a fourth option of 'no development' of Speckled Wood. The valley is haven for wildlife and a green lung in the town. The land is also a very difficult geographical site which would not lend itself easily to building houses. I urge the council to look at development in more suitable brownfield areas in town.
