Warrior Square Station is a listed building. Replacing the Alfa Cafe with 30 units of housing would do wanton damage to an exceptional site that remains seeable from afar.

There is no need for a landmark building which would act as a catalyst for the broader regeneration of St Leonards.

The site FB3 notes similarly mention of 'high quality development' which is exactly what was promised for the Archery Ground but not delivered so thrown out by the Planning Inspector.

Kings Road would be blighted by development that is inimical of F4,E4,EN1 and others.
