Two attractive victorian houses would be demolished and replaced by a sprawling multi-storey block. The character and appearance of a key local, historic site in the middle of the Kings Road area, which is encouraging tourism and positive local pride, would be ruined. We do NOT need more tower blocks. We DO need careful improvement and development of our exisiting fine buildings PLEASE.
