This will be detrimental and unsightly to the area. The council says it is trying to improve and regenerate the area by attracting new businesses, families, etc, yet constantly damages what we have left of this Victorian town. This is not family accommodation, but more single units which will just house more unwaged, substance abusers to terrorise the streets and prevent true regeneration.
