Freedom of Information requests about evident prima facie covert maladminstrations in past and present planning decisions made under present Local Plan (2004), have met with denials, obstructions, wrong/false answers, obfuscations; even FOI requests still ignored after 7-months; (Development Manager, asked to disclose evidence and adjudication of a complaint he initiated in my name he then rejected in September 2012).
Hastings' typical responses to specific enquiry about internal maladministrations; and collusion to evade public scrutiny; (possible misfeasance and/or malfeasance) - shall not change for any Hastings Local Plans.
