Representation Summary:
Holmesdale Gardens is within Hastings Town Centre and therefore is in a sustainable location in public transport terms. On this basis the area forms Zone 1 of the ESCC parking standards and therefore reduced car parking provision is appropriate. This sites have existing vehicular access's which should be utilised, however it may be necessary to widen each access in order to provide adequate width and visibility.
