Representation Summary:
Both D40 & D41 have outline planning permission, subject to legal agreement, for 7 and 14 units respectively. C02 has no planning status at the moment, but planners fancy 31 units. All this seems like over-development at first glance, and I also wonder whether the combined sites should be considered for educational use.Mount Denys, Pinehill & Ridgeway are all owned by the County Council after all. I fail to see why the site is 'suitable for high density development' given its proximity to most services and the impact of traffic on The Ridge.
