This already has outline planning permission subject to legal agreement, for possibly 55 residential units in a 2.95 hectare site (that's about 7.5 acres.
I had trouble finding the application on the website. I look at the dwellings elsewhere in Elphinstone Road and Pilot Road and think perhaps 55 units may be excessive -though perhaps with smaller gardens? I'd need to see the detail to be convinced
The smaller site in Elphinstone Road that A28 is mapped around is the subject of 09/179 and that the original application involved both sites. Is there something disingenuous in this not being mentioned?
