Representation Summary:

I support the conversion of the college buildings to residential use, but consider the amount of other development to be excessive. There is the concept that the Convent site, together with The Oval, provides a green 'stop' between urban Hastings and urban St Leonards, which benefits both towns. This is similar to the function of Glyne Gap between Bexhill and St Leonards, which is never included in
development plans for that reason.
