Representation Summary:
I wish to object to the suggested redevelopment for the following reasons:
The site seems far too small for the suggested amount of units
I have recently been informed about natural springs on the site and previous flooding through my property. This problem could only get worse.
Are the water mains/electricity/sewer systems capable of more load
Desecration of wild life around the pond and tree areas.
Over population and traffic increase will cause problems in the area.
If houses are built on the site I would suggest a development like Summer Hill
