Representation Summary:
The proposed construction of 68 properties on this site is a vast over
development for the following reasons:-
(1) The site is very undulating and unstable.
(2) It is prone to flooding, owing to under ground springs.
(3) It would be out of keeping with surrounding properties.
(4) It would generate an increase in traffic which, together with the other recent
developments off Gillsmans Hill, would certainly swamp local roads.
