Representation Summary:
Sites B03 and B04 (Former Westerleigh school). The proposed density of development (75 units in total) seems way too high and out of character with the surrounding area. I would support the keeping of this area as a green space, but if residential development is to go ahead it needs to be of good quality, detached properties that blend with the neighbourhood.
