I believe both North and South of the convert grounds in Magdalen Rd should be designated as private open space not allocated to development
Should it be a fait accompli that some sort of development must be undertaken then I suggest the existing buildings be sensitively developed or refurbished to provide either:
a) a 6th form college
b) a study centre
c) an academy
