Representation Summary:
There has been gross over development on the Ridge which has led to a considerable reduction in the quality of life for the residents of Hastings who live here or nearby.
The new link road will greatly increase traffic which will further impinge on the quality of life for the residents.
This development if allowed to go ahead will cause more problems for the Ridge as this corner and part of the Ridge is considered to be the most dangerous corner in Hastings.
Turn the land into allotments which would be most beneficial to the people of Hastings.
