Representation Summary:
I wish to object to any development on land adjacent to Sandrock Park the ridge (N04) there has been gross over development along the ridge. The new link road will greatly increase traffic and become the next Bexhill Rd. Trying to catch a bus on the east bound side in the morning with a stick at the top of Elphinstone Rd is a nightmare. Why do we need to build on green sites?
