I object to the plans for the above property for the following reasons:

1. the grounds make a vital contribution to our local landscape which would be irreplaceable
2. the area is already ridiculously densely populated
3. there must be alternative sites
4. it will cause even more deterioration to the social structure of the area
5. too much of an increase in traffic.
