Representation Summary:
We feel that over the years there has been a gross over development of any available site on The Ridge and this has led to a noted reduction in the quality of life for the residents. We make this objection in the knowledge that the development of the Hastings/Bexhill link road will increase the traffic and further impinge on the quality of life of these residents. The increase proposed would put another 200 dwellings on The Ridge this is on top of the 200 plus already built or granted permission over the last 10 years.
