Representation Summary:
Consider developing derelict areas,areas of brownfield sites, more suitable sites rather than clogging up an already congested area which is,on most accounts,meant to be the top of Hastings and a more rural environment with St Helens Woods and the fields backing onto Rother land.A little piece of nature in an 'urban' environment has a huge calming,peaceful tranquillity about it and should not be destroyed.There are many suitable sites in our borough but backgardens along The Ridge amongst other areas and green spaces such as Robsack,Hawthorn Road,Fern Road,Sandrock etc should not be included and should be given the respect they deserve.
