Representation Summary:
This massive overdevelopment will destroy the centre of Hastings. Why have another 190 dwellings when over the road at Horntye 120 are already planned. Are there so many jobs in Hastings that we need to provide hundreds of dwellings to house the workers ?
This development could create a housing ghetto that Hastings will not recover from.
