An application for this site has been submitted for 14 flats, which is to replace the bungalow that now exists. This is over development of a small site, which will cause additions stress on the infrastructure, and additional traffic in an already overcrowded area. There is an application to build 14 flats on the adjacent site, and a development of 14 flats in the vacinity is already under construction. 42 flats in an area that was previously 3 private properties is definitely over development. Why are developers allowed to avoid providing social housing (15)?
