Representation Summary:
Density much too high for this area. Look around!! Has become a wildlife sanctuary. Will increase traffic issues on Hollington Park Road & Gillsmans Hill - especially if link road is granted.
If the Fern Road Village Green application is not successful, the loss of this open grassland will be to the detriment of the area. We do not need to infill every space.
