Representation Summary:
This site should remain outside the development boundary and not be developed for housing. Flooding/landscape issues, plus it would add to traffic generation in an area that is set to have massively increased traffic levels already because of the decision to construct the Hastings-Bexhill Link Road - not good for emergency vehicles trying to get to the Conquest hospital, never mind ordinary traffic. We have lost huge areas of open space in this area in the last 25 years due to the Little Ridge development etc.: it's time it stopped.
