Here we have yet another greenfield site that should NEVER be built on - what is going here? Are we to see every piece of green space concreted over? And it is clear that 90% of all these proposals are for flats. How many times have we heard from our illustrious councillors that there are too many flats in Hastings? And yet this relentless rape of our countryside continues - families contained within small flats with no gardens and often, inadequate car parking. It is nothing short of scandalous.
