This should be left as green space as there is a significant amount of wildlife living in this area (badgers, foxes, owls etc) that would have few places to go. Allowing 33 dwellings to be built here would negatively effect the privacy of the residents of Lilac Court and Arbourvale as there is little natural protection as the trees surronding the area had to be cut back this year. It would also increase traffic on Gillsmans Hill which already has a speeding problem.
