Representation Summary:
The proposal represents an over development of this site which is wholly unsuitable for residential use. This site occupies a very busy section of this road and access is hazardous. The Bexhill Road is also heavily polluted and it would be irresponsuble to cram so many people onto this small site which is really only suitable for commercial development. This proposal appears to be yet another design for cramped accommodation. No garden space and sited on a dangerous and busy junction with Harley Shute Road.
