This is not an appropriate site for residential development - it is situated directly on a road that already has a high level of pollution due to the traffic and is also situated on a dangerous corner of this very busy road. One would pity any tenant of any property in this spot. The site is really only suitable for a commercial enterprise. The site has never had any residential properties situated on the site and it is surprising and alarming to see that this is the intention.
