Representation Summary:
With care and sympathetic design this site could provide much needed housing provided the woodland does not form part of any development. A mix of well designed flats and houses would not be a detriment to the area. This site would provide a golden opportunity to create a well thought out and imaginative development of quality. This should be a residential development with NO commercial element included in the design.
