Representation Summary:
I strongly object to any such levy. The Govt has failed to provide Hastings with the essential Link Roads, By Passes and improvements to the A21. These will not be achieved through such levy, which will therefore fail to make any significant improvement to the town's infrastructure even against current population levels.
