Crystal Square retail - yes if a major player will partner it, but it must also include parking provision. Kings Road traders have been asking for this site for parking development for 30 years and it is conceivable that had they been listened to, or the site in Cross Street used instead of putting social housing on it, that Kings Road might not have deteriorated so badly.
