Representation Summary:
The Councils policy should be to aim for the best developments and schemes should always score 20. To accept anything less would lead residents to think that the Council does not care what sites are agreed as long as targets are reached. Poor quality housing, surroundings, and lack of amenities certainly won't make the town a better place to live.
