Para 6.75 should be careful to avoid aparently ruling out the use of planning obligations (aka Section 106 agreements) to secure contributions towards providing site and/or locality specific infrastructure which meets the tests set out in para 6.70 and should explain that contributions towards affordable housing provision will continue to be secured through planning obligations.
