Half the new houses being built are not sold as people can't afford them even with special schemes. Providing for generations of children is far more important.

I am for development when it is on land that is unused and does not interfere with anybody else or anything else and serves a positive purpose for the populous and the environment. This, however does not put money into greedy hands. Building and planning corruption exists on our doorstep! Do not destroy woodland for monetary gain when there are plenty of disused places that can be developed on. Money from development gained now will be lost later on.

It exists right on our doorstep! projects are turned down until incentives for councils/counties are accepted to grant permission for projects that are falsified! A recent project at Park View, Hastings was turned down and then given permission. The plans were falsified, but the Council still gave permission for development. Do not destroy woodland for monetary gain when there are plenty of disused places that can be developed on. Money from development gained now will be lost later on.
