I think it should be left undeveloped, what has happened to the proposed and partially developed land whether the old Mount Pleasant hospital stood? been left to decay for years now and not accessible to public, we won't have any green areas to walk locally if it goes ahead, not everybody has transport to other areas to walk dogs etc.

Hastings is a popular town to visit for its known beautiful areas of green. This in turn makes it a popular choice as a permanent home for new home investors. Taking away these areas will in turn deter prospective buyers and interest. My child and his friends have enjoyed many days playing in these woods and it would be such a shame to take way these memories from future children. Hastings needs to retain these areas of beauty, keep Hastings green.
