Representation Summary:

We read throughout this lengthy document the promises and Policies to protect ancient woodland, green spaces, wildlife and other important amenity spaces and Heritage buildings, but as we read through this book we see that these promises and Policies are nothing more than the written word. They are not backed up by example or action.Even as I write this comment there are sites being demolished, trees felled and wildlife exterminated and deprived of their natural habitat - actions we thought would not be permitted. This Local Plan is nothing more than empty promises designed to apppease the local population by illusion and bluff.

Full text:

You say in your text that there are plenty of open spaces in Greater Hollington and some the most importasnt ecological habitats in town notably at Church Wood and Robsack Wood local nature reserve: What hypocrisy and duplicity to read on that it is the intention to erect multi storey flats on the site of Robsack 'A' which sits directly in the centre of these ancient woodlands and nature reserve - Robsack 'A' is an important biodiverse site which should, if the Policies in this Local Plan Submission are to be taken at face value, be incorporated into the Local Nature Reserve.
