AS LRA1 and LRA2, this proposed development will have a detrimental effect on traffic congestion and air pollution in The Ridge area, and, from experience, residents in the area will not trust any "Transport Plan" to conclude anything other than a "green light" to planners and developers despite the fact that it is clear to anyone that any development in this area will only worsen an already bad situation re: the above issues. BTW, I am assuming that ticking the boxes in the "Soundness Test" means that I DO NOT think the DMP is "sound". It's a bit ambiguous.
