New indoor leisure centre (p39). Why is this to replace Summerfields? Why not, as well as Summerfields? If it is 10 years down the line, if you get your way and build 1,200+ (lower estimate) homes in south St Leonards there will certainly be a need for it, even if your audit suggests otherewise at present (which i find surprising).
