Hastings is catering for under 5's and 11-16 but then appears to be no education for over 16's who do need apprentice courses for students not the higher education provided by university degrees.

Clearly we must provide for education of our children, but otherwise we should aim for upgrading facilities we have rather than building more, (exception being local health centres).
