It is not just Hastings that is having a 20 year plan, Rother, Wealden, Lewes and Eastbourne are all planning on extra housing this needs, this open market development will create more problems in the future then we will be needing even more homes in the period to 2050, not our problem maybe, but should we not think about it? The infrastructure if not there now, npt alone in the future.
