Representation Summary:
To date there is still nothing that makes the Plan Sound as it lacks reference to the upgrading of our Victorian infrastructure, surface water flooding issues and wildlife issues have been treated inappropriately. The Plan needs a complete shake up to be sound an a common sense approach.
