It has already been stated that ths is the most densely populated area in the town and there are problems caused in the locality by dense housign and over-crowding. Why woudl the proposal be therefore for the same no. of houses/flats to be developed in this area as in burton St.Leonards, whic is currently one of the sparsest. There is a risk of creatign silos rather than spreading development.
