All the above listed wildlife and it also fails to mention the existence of badgers sets and badger foraging areas within the site. Reading the ecology report of 1998 which was written by the current borough ecologist, he said back then, No development should happen, the most recent report only serves to strengthen that point.
The recent ecology report states the site is 0.96ha, but the development plan shows the site as 1.24ha some 30% larger. Would suggest a true ecological impact has not been conducted !!
