Representation Summary:
The new Develpment Plan in the glossary states in the last line 'provides site allocations for residential and employment development up to 2028'. To date mandatory obligations missing from planning applications and the face that developers ecologists only work round the central issues of wildlife consevation with misinformation and ploys with one idea in mind money. The New Borough Plan should allow an independent surveyor to check all future development sites. The serious situation across the borough at this time needs urgent correction.
