Representation Summary:
The strategy with respect to emploment land focuses primarily on delivering development in town centre locations. The importance of the link road in delivering employment land is recognised particularly with respect to the North East Bexhill proposal. Where sites are located outside the town centre it will be important to bring them forward with associated public transport improvements to reduce the impact of in commuting by car.
