Proposals for extra 'junctions' which are either being brought out further to allow better visibility to those exiting developments.There are more accidents/incidents caused on the highway and to pedestrians at junctions.The Ridge is a hazardous stretch of road as per the road markings.More double yellow lines are being put inplace so where are visitors going to park?Many of these coming out of backgardens are little more than wide driveways.However in saying this,because most incidents go unreported,the Highways Department delight in referring back to the lack of crash data.Living on The Ridge many incidents are seen,and many go without being recorded?
