Representation Summary:
Chapter 9(Transport and Accessibility): Core Strategy Issue 8 (cycle & pedestrian facilities) and 9 (completion of National Cycle Network and greenways) effect on SO 12 (air pollution) and SO 17 (congestion and pollution) over the long term (L) could be cumulatively significantly positive and possibly more than just slightly positive over the medium term (M). I would like to see these L and M effects reviewed with due regard given to the effect of cumulative, ongoing improvements in facilities.
